This product is a solution for various interactions, via EDI, between a Freight Forwarder, Airlines and Airport Authority of India (AAI). Freight Forwarders can use it for preparing and printing of Airway Bill, Bar Code labels for packets and transmission of Airway bill data, TC/TSP to Airlines and AAI. Airlines can use it for interaction between Freight Forwarder and AAI for transmission of Airway bill data, Booking, Carting order, binning (Location Details), X-ray details, Delivery Order, Cargo Arrival Notice, Gate Pass etc.

The salient features of this product are as below ( Freight Forwarders Module) :

• Prepare Airway Bill (both Master and House) and print directly on Original Airway Bills in single pass. Saves labour cost of typing on Typewriter.
• Electronically submits Airway Bills data to Airlines for booking/carting order. Major requirement of AAI for online TC/TSP charges.
• Single screen view current Status of shipments for Booking/carting order received or not.
• Prepare and print Bar Coded labels for the packages as per IATA specifications given in Resolution 606 through ordinary printers (Inkjet, Laser etc.) or Thermal Bar code printers. Saves tremendous cost and money.
• Saves cost of printing by using ordinary paper in place of thermal paper.
• Generate and print CSR and Freight Reports for Airlines.

• Electronically receive and submits Airway Bills related complete data to/from AAI for various EDI message requirements of AAI and IATA Agent for booking/carting order. Major requirement of AAI for online transmission of carting orders and other related messages.
• Complete preparation and receiving of EDI message interchange with AAI and Airlines e.g. Load sheet, Binning details, X-Ray details, off loading of cargo, weight difference etc. Information at finger tips of current status of each and every Airway bill under transaction is tracked.
• Single screen view current Status of shipments for Booking/carting order received/sent or not and all other messages status as per AAI.
• Prepare and print Bar Coded labels for the packages as per IATA specifications given in Resolution 606 through ordinary printers (Inkjet, Laser etc.) or Thermal Bar code printers as per your choice. Saves tremendous cost and money.
• Airlines can file EGM directly from this application!!
