solution, which has been developed to automate creation of Shipping Bill (For
Exports) and Bill Of Entry (For Imports) Data to be transmitted to Indian
Customs, printing of Common Declaration Form and documents like Exporter’s
Invoice and Packing list, Manual Shipping Bill, GSP, AEPC, COO etc. Adequate
care has been taken to minimize the data entry operations. This solution has
been designed to reduce human errors, to being almost non-existent, which occur
during the entry of the information in the Annexure. Shipping Bill and Bill Of
Entry can be created by creating a new job directly in E-Annex. The job created
for Shipping Bill and Bill Of Entry can be directly sent to Indian Customs via
email from E-Annex. E-Annex reduces the operational cost by reducing the
processing time and eliminating errors, which are very frequent when done
manually. Eliminating repetitive data entry reduces the manpower cost.

route by automatically getting the status from the respective Airlines. It then
automatically mails or faxes the status to the Shipper/Consignee from your
desktop. It is important to highlight here that this process is completely
automated and it does not require any human intervention.
One can easily see the benefit of the solution since it keeps
the Shipper/Consignee informed all the time and that too without the need to
keep/allocate dedicated manpower to do the same.
Additionally the Shipment Tracker records the status in the
database for future reference. It is thus an invaluable too to keep track of
all the shipments until they reach their final destinations

On any given day, organizations providing freight forwarding
services have to dig deep many times in their paper files to lookup and
calculate appropriate freight rate to be quoted to their customers. Freight
Quote® just does that at a click of a button. It looks up the
appropriate freight rate to be quoted to their customers based on different
weight charge slabs of different Airlines, optimizes the chargeable weight to
the lowest rate and then presents a structured quotation to be sent right away
to the customer either by email or fax.
Besides reducing the repetitive work, Freight Quote maintains
the complete accountability of quotations. This enables to keep track and
manage each quotation for reference during the shipment process and future
